Your hours. Your record.
Draft for legal review · October 12, 2026
Our approach
CareClock is designed to help workers keep a private record of their own shifts and expected gross pay. Do not enter patient names, client names, diagnoses, care notes, addresses, or other personal health information.
Information we collect
We collect account details, workplace labels and pay rules, shift entries, pay reconciliations, support messages, and limited security logs. If you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment information and returns account and subscription identifiers to us.
How we use it
We use this information to operate, secure, support, and improve CareClock; calculate your ledger; respond to support requests; and administer subscriptions.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate CareClock, when you direct us, or where legally required.
Retention and control
You can export your ledger and delete your account from Account settings. Operational backups may retain deleted information for a limited period before normal rotation.
Security and limits
We use practical safeguards including password hashing, encrypted transport in production, access controls, and restricted administrative views. No online service can promise absolute security.
Contact
