Terms
A useful record, not payroll advice.
Draft for legal review · October 12, 2026
Service purpose
CareClock is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not your employer’s official payroll system, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of wages owed.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate information, selecting the pay and overtime settings that apply to your arrangement, keeping your sign-in secure, and checking calculations against official records and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not use CareClock to store patient or client information, break the law, interfere with the service, test security without written permission, or access another person’s account.
Availability and changes
Early-access features may change. We may suspend the service for maintenance or security. If a paid plan is introduced, its price and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, CareClock is provided without guarantees that every calculation will match an employer’s payroll, collective agreement, or statutory interpretation. Always review material discrepancies with your employer, union, or qualified adviser.
